To make yeast-free dough, you will need the following ingredients:
- about 1.5 cups of wheat flour;
- 2 chicken eggs;
- 1 glass of kefir;
- ¼ teaspoon of baking soda;

- granulated sugar to taste;
- some 9% table vinegar for extinguishing soda.
Also prepare:

If you want the dough to be tastier and more flavorful, you can add a little more garlic powder or ground aromatic herbs while kneading.
Kefir can be replaced with about the same amount of low-fat sour cream.
To make the dough according to this recipe, take a deep container (bowl, saucepan), sift wheat flour into it. Then slowly pour in kefir or sour cream, the contents of 2 eggs and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is formed (for this you can use a mixer). - 4 tablespoons of low-fat sour cream;
- 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- 8 tablespoons of flour;
- 1 chicken egg.
Mix mayonnaise and sour cream in a deep bowl, beat in an egg, mix the ingredients thoroughly until a homogeneous mixture is formed. Then, gradually adding flour, knead the dough.
How to make thin yeast pizza dough
The yeast-based batter will take longer to prepare. But in any case, it will be faster and easier than preparing the classic yeast pizza dough.
To do this, you need the following ingredients:
- 1, 5 glasses of wheat flour;
- 1 teaspoon dry instant yeast;
- about ¼ teaspoon of salt;
- 1 glass of warm boiled water;
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
It is better to use olive oil, but it can be replaced with refined sunflower oil or corn oil.
Dissolve dry yeast in warm water, add salt to taste, vegetable oil. Sprinkle with wheat flour, knead the dough by hand or using a mixer. In consistency, it should be like for pancakes. If it is very runny, add a little more flour. Place the container of dough in a warm place for about two hours. After that, you can prepare the pizza.
