There is no need to defrost it specially, so transfer the required amount of berries from the freezer to the refrigerator while preparing the dough. Break the eggs into a deep bowl, add salt, sugar and beat. Add flour gradually, stirring constantly. Pour in milk and stir again. The finished dough should resemble a pancake.

Preheat oven to 180C. Grease the bottom and sides of the mold with butter. Add cherries and cover with dough. Once the oven has warmed up, place the pan on a medium level and bake the clafoutis for 35-40 minutes. Check the readiness of the dish with a toothpick. Pierce the dough with it so as not to hurt the berries. If the toothpick remains clean, the dish is ready. Remove the clafoutis from the oven and leave to cool at room temperature for 10-15 minutes. Transfer it to a dish. Sprinkle with powdered sugar on top. Clafoutis is served warm.

Clafoutis can be cooked with fresh berries, which will shorten the baking time. The dish will turn out to be even more fragrant if you add grated almonds or vanilla sugar to the dough.

A cake with frozen cherries turns out to be no less tasty. Ingredients for the dough: 3 eggs, 150 g sugar, 300 g flour, 1 tbsp. cocoa, 1 bag of baking powder. For cream: 300 g sour cream, 200 g frozen cherries, 100 g icing sugar, 100 g chocolate. Beat eggs together with sugar, add cocoa, flour, baking powder.

Knead the dough, divide it into 2 pieces and bake 2 cakes. The dough must be baked for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 ° C, and then cooled at room temperature. While the cakes are cooking, defrost the cherries and drain the liquid into a separate container. Whisk the sour cream together with the powdered sugar. Put the cake on a dish, saturate it with cherry juice, brush with sour cream. Arrange the cherries evenly, cover with a second crust. Smear the top with cream and garnish with grated chocolate.

It takes a minimum of time to prepare compote from frozen cherries. Ingredients: 1 kg of frozen cherries, 300 g of sugar, 3 liters of water. The amount of sugar can be changed depending on the taste. Boil water, add sugar and cherries. Pre-defrosting of berries is not required. Wait for the water to boil again and turn off the heat.

You can also add other berries to frozen cherries compote, for example, currants or strawberries.

Make a delicious frozen cherry dessert. You will need: 50 g of berries, 200 g of ice cream, 50 g of canned pineapples, 50 g of seedless grapes, 20 g of chocolate, 100 g of tangerines. Defrost the berries, drain the liquid. Mix ice cream with berries and pieces of fruit, sprinkle with grated chocolate and serve. In a similar way, you can prepare a dessert with cottage cheese. Beat the cottage cheese with sugar and sour cream until a homogeneous consistency is obtained, and then mix with berries and fruits.
