Kiwi is a very healthy fruit, it contains a lot of vitamins and minerals. Any dish with the addition of this fruit will become not only tasty, but also extremely healthy.

- - banana 1 pc.;
- - pear 1 pc.;
- - apple 1-2 pcs.;
- - kiwi 1-2 pcs.;
- - apricots 5-6 pcs.;
- - 2 oranges;
- - lemon juice 1 tsp;

- - thickener for cream 1 sachet;

Instructions
Step 1
Wash all fruits thoroughly in cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Take 1 orange and peel it off with a fine grater.
Step 2
Cooking yoghurt dressing. Take natural yogurt, orange zest, honey, cinnamon and a thickener for cream, beat the whole mass well with a mixer. Put the resulting mixture in the refrigerator to solidify.
Step 3
Peel kiwi, pear and apples. Leave half of the kiwi for garnish, cut the rest of the fruit into small cubes.
Step 4
Separate the banana from the peel, cut into small slices and sprinkle with lemon juice. Cut the apricots in half and remove the seeds.
Step 5
Peel oranges and peel white fibers. Remove the film from each wedge and cut the pulp into small pieces.
Step 6
Put a little dressing on a dish, and prepared fruits on it. Place the remaining dressing on top and sides. Garnish the salad with kiwi slices, sprinkle with coconut and serve.
