The purchased chicken must be gutted, of course, only if it is not gutted. Then wash and dry, for this purpose it must be put on a paper towel.

Prepare a mixture of seasonings, for this you can give free rein to all your imagination, or just buy a ready-made store seasoning. Indian spices are the best that can go with grilled chicken. If you don't have these available, then try Aromatika. Sometimes you need to add a little salt and pepper to the prepared seasoning. Grate the chicken carcass inside and out with the prepared mixture. Peel two heads of garlic, pass one through a garlic press and generously lubricate the carcass with it, and cut the other head into slices and insert them into specially made holes in the chicken. And the deeper, the better.

Next, you need to leave the prepared meat for 30 minutes for marinating. And if you do not want to allow the microwave to break, then it is better to wrap the tips of the legs and wings in foil. The foil should not fly off, otherwise a discharge will result, which renders the magnetron unusable. Select the Grill setting on the microwave oven and place the chicken on the wire rack. Fry on both sides for 15 minutes. It is best to put a plate under the wire rack so that the chicken juice flows into it.

If you do not have a "Grill" mode in a microwave oven, then you can get by with an oven. This will increase the grilling time of the chicken. At 200 degrees, fry the chicken for the first 20 minutes, and the remaining 20 minutes at 220 degrees. Don't forget to turn the chicken over! And you need to fry until golden brown. If you wish, you can decorate the finished dish with fresh tomatoes and zucchini cooked in a double boiler.
