It turns out a fragrant, tasty and very satisfying soup. Canned beans can also be used and should then be added 10 minutes before the soup is ready. Cabbage can also be fresh, but it tastes much better with sauerkraut. The amount of these ingredients is indicated for a 4 liter saucepan.

- -500 g of pork meat (or you can beef)
- -150 g onions
- -200 g fresh or canned beans
- -200 g cabbage (fresh or sauerkraut)
- -150 g carrots
- -800 g potatoes
- -3-4 tbsp. l. any tomato paste or ketchup
- - add salt and pepper to your taste.

The beans must be soaked in water (cold) for about 4 hours.

The meat must be cut into medium pieces.
Step 3
Pour with water, then all this needs to be salted and put to simmer on the fire (1 hour).

Then you need to add the beans and continue to cook until almost cooked (about another 40 minutes).

The potatoes need to be peeled, then cut into cubes or sticks of your choice.

After the beans are almost cooked, add the potatoes.

Then add cabbage and cook for another 10 minutes.

Finely chop the onion.

Grate the carrots on a medium-sized grater.

Onions need to be fried a little in vegetable oil.

Add carrots to it, give a little time for the carrots to fry.

Then you need to add ketchup or pasta and simmer it all for 5 minutes.

Add fried carrots and onions.
