- –Cucumbers (1-2 pcs.);
- –Fresh tomatoes (1-3 pcs.);
- –Processed cheese (125 g);
- - pumping stations (2 pcs.);
- - olive oil (8 g);
- –Garlic and salt to taste;
- -dill.
Instructions
Step 1
All products should be prepared in advance. Wash the vegetables and place them on a clean towel to absorb excess water. Place the processed cheese in the freezer for a few minutes, then rub on a fine grater.
Step 2
Grind the garlic separately in a bowl and mix with the chopped dill and salt. You will have the filling for the rolls. Instead of dill, you can use any other greens to taste.
Step 3
For cucumbers, cut off the bottom, which tends to be bitter. If the zucchini has external damage, dents, then remove it with a knife. Cut the zucchini and cucumbers into thin strips, about 1.5-2 mm wide. For this process, it is better to use a special peeler.
Step 4
Fry each strip of vegetables in a pan, then place on a paper towel. While the excess oil has been absorbed, you can start slicing the tomatoes into thin plastics. It is better to remove the pulp from the tomatoes. Otherwise, the rolls can quickly lose their shape.
Step 5
Next, collect the rolls in layers. The first layer is zucchini, the second is a cucumber, the third is a mass of cheese, garlic and dill, the fourth is plastic of a tomato. The most crucial stage is rolling vegetables in the form of a roll. Take the resulting layers with your fingers from the edge and gently twist. At the end, pierce the entire roll with a wooden skewer, securing the edge.
