Step 1
Finely chop one onion, mix with mayonnaise. Cut the rabbit carcass into portions. Marinate the rabbit in mayonnaise for 1-2 hours.

Fry the rabbit slices in vegetable oil and transfer the slices to a baking sheet.

Peel the carrots and cut into strips. Cut the onion into rings. Fry them in butter.

Place carrots and onions on top of the meat pieces. Season with salt and pepper, add basil and thyme.

Heat sour cream in a water bath to a liquid consistency. Pour the sour cream into a baking sheet.

Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven and periodically pour the juices over the meat for the first 20 minutes.
