Step 1
Rinse the meat under running water and lay it out to dry a little. Cut it into strips across the grain. Cut the onions into half rings. To prepare the basics, it is best to take dishes with a thick bottom.
Step 2
Melt the fat in a cauldron. Let the cauldron warm up and put the chopped meat in it. Fry it over high heat until golden brown for 7 minutes. Put the onion in a cauldron and fry for another 2 minutes. Remember to stir to avoid burning anything.
Step 3
Cut the tomatoes into wedges. Dissolve the tomato paste with water and mix well. Add tomatoes and diluted pasta to a saucepan. Add salt, pepper and spices, then stir gently. Throw a bay leaf into the cauldron. Leave the dish to simmer in a cauldron closed with a lid for half an hour.
Step 4
Remove the skin from the cucumber and cut into strips. Simmer the cucumber in a separate saucepan until tender. Cut the potatoes into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown for about 10 minutes.
Step 5
Place stewed cucumbers and fried potatoes in a cauldron. Simmer the basics for a few more minutes. Chop the garlic and herbs and sprinkle on top before serving.
