Tatar cuisine has a wide variety of delicious dishes. One of them is azu. In this dish, meat is harmoniously combined with vegetables and spices. Azu will help out when you need to feed a large company or quickly cook a delicious dinner. In the cold season, azu with beef cooked in a slow cooker will warm the body, and the aroma of fragrant spices will remind you of a warm summer.
It is necessary
- - 400 grams of beef,
- - 250 ml of meat broth,
- - 5 potatoes,
- - 2 pickled cucumbers,
- - 1 clove of garlic,
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato paste,
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil,
- - dill to taste,
- - 3 bay leaves,
- - sweet ground paprika to taste,
- - ground black pepper to taste,
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the meat, dry it, cut into cubes.
Step 2
Pour two tablespoons of sunflower or vegetable oil into a multicooker, turn on the frying program and fry the meat until crisp.
Step 3
Cut the pickled cucumbers into cubes.

Cut the garlic clove into slices or cubes to taste.
Step 5
Put the prepared ingredients in a slow cooker, salt and pepper, add the ground wig and mix. Pour in the broth (boil or brew a meat cube), stir. Put the stewing mode on the multicooker, cook for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Step 6
Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into strips. Place the potatoes in a slow cooker 40 minutes after starting cooking. Simmer for another 40 minutes. Check readiness for meat and potatoes. Salt if necessary.
Step 7
Rinse the dill, dry it, chop it and sprinkle on the finished basics. Instead of dill, you can take parsley or cilantro - to taste. Serve the basics in portioned platters with sour cream.
