What you need for an unusual breakfast

Scrambled eggs look very nice, even if cooked without fuss. The bright yellow yolk against the white background creates a beautiful contrast and whets the appetite. You can give the eggs a beautiful shape without additional devices. Bread or a sausage cut in a certain way will help to contain the spreading protein. To make the composition even more elegant, complement it with vegetables of a contrasting color - for example, cucumbers, sliced wedges, lettuce and whole cherry tomatoes.

Sausage and Fried Egg Hearts

- 150 g thinly sliced bacon;

- salt;
