Honey mushrooms with sour cream

The simplest mushroom dish is fried mushrooms with sour cream. You just need:

- 0.5 kg of fresh mushrooms;

- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of melted butter;

- 1 onion;

- 3 tablespoons of sour cream;

- pepper, salt - to taste.

First, the peeled and washed mushrooms must be boiled in a saucepan for 5 minutes. The water must completely cover the mushrooms. Then put the mushrooms in a colander and leave to drain, and in the meantime, fry the onions in a deep frying pan in oil, send the mushrooms there, and after 15 minutes sour cream, salt, pepper. Simmer this mixture for another 5-7 minutes on low heat. Serve hot, you can sprinkle with chopped herbs.

Mushroom soup

For a hearty mushroom soup you need:

- 600 g of honey mushrooms (can be frozen);

- vegetable oil for frying;

- 1 onion;

- 1 small carrot;

- 3 tbsp. spoons of buckwheat (pre-sort and rinse);

- parsley root (half is enough);

- salt.

Honey mushrooms are poured into a deep saucepan with two liters of water. Then boil for 10 minutes, during which you need to remove the resulting foam. As soon as there is no more foam, the fire must be reduced. While the mushrooms are boiling, finely chopped onions, carrots and parsley root are fried in oil, and then transferred to the mushrooms. After 5 minutes, you can add buckwheat there, salt and pepper (optional). The soup should be cooked for another 20 minutes, and then it can be served with dill and sour cream.

Honey mushrooms with beans

Honey mushrooms with green beans can be a not entirely traditional, but very tasty side dish. This dish does not require many ingredients and goes well with any meat. For cooking you need:

- 250 g green beans;

- 100 g honey agarics;

- 2 tablespoons l. olive oil;

- 1 tbsp. bread crumbs;

- 1 tbsp. l. wine vinegar;

- a handful of chopped parsley;

- salt.

First, the beans need to be thrown into salted, boiling water. Cook for 10 minutes, and then leave in a colander to drain and dry. Honey mushrooms also need to be boiled in salted water for 5 minutes and sent to dry separately from the beans. Then in a preheated pan with oil, fry the mushrooms and beans with the addition of crackers. Stir them periodically for 10 minutes, then add salt and pepper (if someone likes it sharper). Immediately after removing from heat, pour wine vinegar into the pan, add parsley and can be served.
