This popular Mexican dish can be easily prepared at home. It is appreciated for its unique, rich taste and ease of preparation.
It is necessary
- • ½ kg of ground beef;
- • 1 leaf of lettuce;
- • some green onions;
- • 2 medium-sized onion heads;
- • 1 teaspoon of cumin;
- • 8 wheat cakes (tortillas);
- • 400 g roasted beans;
- • 5 ripe tomatoes;
- • vegetable oil;
- • 200 g of Cheddar cheese;
- • 2 teaspoons of chili powder.
Instructions
Step 1
Remove the husk from the onion, rinse it in cold water and cut into small cubes. After that, it must be poured into a hot frying pan. Fry the onions over medium heat with regular stirring for about 10 minutes.
Step 2
Mix all loose spices together and add a small amount of water. After that, mix everything well again. As a result, you should have a paste-like mass. Pour the spice paste into the onion pan and mix well. Saute the onions for another 5 minutes.
Step 3
Then put the minced meat in the pan. Everything is thoroughly mixed. Continue to fry the contents of the pan, stirring regularly.
Step 4
Then add beans to the minced meat, salt, pepper and mix everything again. Continue frying the minced meat until it is cooked through.
Step 5
Tomatoes should be rinsed and cut into small pieces. Chop the washed green onions and salad with a sharp knife. Grind the cheese with a coarse grater.
Step 6
Spread the tortilla on the table and put the filling in it. Put some fried minced meat in the middle and sprinkle with green onions, tomatoes, grated cheese and lettuce. Then fold the bottom two edges into the center and form something that looks like an envelope. Do the same with the rest of the cakes.
Step 7
Place the finished burritos in a baking dish and cover with cling foil. Then this form must be placed in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees and bake the dish for about 40 minutes.
