It is necessary

  • For the test: -salt; - vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons; - egg - 1 piece; - milk - 1 glass; - premium flour.
  • For minced meat: - ground black pepper and salt; -meat broth; - onions - 1 pc; - pork and beef - 350 g.
  • For baking: -hard cheese - 100 g; -dill greens; -mayonnaise or sour cream; -milk; - parsley root - 1 pc; - butter - 50 g.

Instructions

Step 1

To make the dumplings dough, sift 2 cups of flour into a wide bowl and make a depression in the slide. Add a pinch of salt, butter and a stirred egg.

Step 2

Add warm milk in small portions, then start adding flour, kneading the mixture until it sticks to the bowl and fingers. Cover the finished dough with cling film and leave for 30 minutes.

Step 3

To prepare minced meat for dumplings, twist the meat through a meat grinder, pepper and salt. On a fine grater, grate the peeled onion and combine with the meat.

Step 4

Stir the minced meat and, collecting it in your hand, beat off the bottom of the bowl. If the minced meat is dense, dilute it with broth.

Cut a piece from the dough and form a sausage. Cut the sausage into small, equal pieces. Roll a circle out of each piece with a rolling pin. Spoon the minced meat in the middle of the circles and form the dumplings.

Stack the stapled items in rows on a floured cutting board. Heat a skillet, place the dumplings on it and fry them on all sides.

Step 7

Place equal amounts of dumplings, dill, and parsley in each earthenware or ceramic pot. Leave 5 centimeters free on top. Pour the milk on top, flush with the dumplings and season with salt.

Cover everything in the pot for half an hour, preheating the oven to 190oC. After that, take out the dish, add a spoonful of sour cream or mayonnaise to the pots, sprinkle with grated cheese.

Step 9

Send the pots back to the oven, but this time for just 10 minutes. Then you can serve the pots to the table. Spicy lovers can add ketchup and mustard.
