It is necessary

  • - Cucumbers of any size, without yellowness;
  • - Salt, sugar and vinegar to taste;
  • - Cherry and currant branches - 3 pcs. on the bank;
  • - Horseradish - 1 sheet per glass container;
  • - Dill sprigs - 2 pcs. on the bank;
  • - Large cloves of garlic - 1-2 pcs. on the can.

Instructions

Step 1

The first step is to collect the cucumbers. You can take both large and small ones. The main thing is that they do not have yellow spots, signs of damage and disease.

Step 2

Next, the cucumbers need to be rinsed well under running water (preferably, but also in a bucket). Cut off the ends from both sides. Soak in clean water for 10-12 hours.

Step 3

After the time has elapsed, remove the cucumbers from the bucket, rinse well again. Cut off the slippery skin that appears from both ends.

Step 4

Put herbs, spices and cloves of garlic cut in half in sterilized jars. Put the cucumbers in them as tightly as possible. Pour boiling water immediately using a clean glass or ladle. Leave to cool for 40 minutes.

Step 5

While the cans are standing, you need to put the pot of water on the gas again. When the liquid boils, add salt and sugar to it. The brine should taste well salted with a slightly sweetish aftertaste.

Step 6

When the jars are cool, pour the water from them into the sink. You cannot use it. Immediately after that, pour the sugar-salt brine into the container. Leave to cool again for 40 minutes.

Step 7

When the jars have cooled for the second time, pour the brine from them into a saucepan and bring to a boil. At the end, pour 1-2 tbsp into the dishes. tablespoons of vinegar (the liquid should be slightly sour). Boil for another 1-2 minutes.

Step 8

Pour the brine into the jars so that it completely covers the cucumbers. Cover with iron lids, let stand for 1-2 minutes. Add, if you need more brine (to the very edge of the container). Close the cans with a special key and put them under the "fur coat" for cooling. Then take out into the cold.

Step 9

You can store delicious cucumbers prepared according to this recipe for 2-3 years.
