Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of grapes;
  • 500 grams of sugar;
  • 200 grams of walnuts;
  • 50 ml of water;
  • 1 lemon.

The output will be 4 half-liter jars of jam.

  2. Remove the grapes from the bunch, place in a colander, rinse with water, set aside.
  3. Boil sugar syrup in an enamel bowl, turn off the heat.

  5. Put on the stove, bring to a boil, reduce heat, boil for a few minutes.

  7. The next day, add walnuts (it is better to divide them into small pieces), squeeze out the lemon juice, put on the stove. After the mixture boils, reduce the gas to a minimum, cook for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Arrange the finished jam in pasteurized jars, roll up, put in a warm place until the jars are completely cooled.

Spicy grape jam

Structure:

  • grapes - 1000 g;
  • sugar - 0.5 kg;
  • almonds - 0.1 kg;
  • water - 50 ml;
  • cinnamon - 1 dessert spoon (1 stick);
