- - 1 chicken egg

- - 1 pod of sweet red pepper
- - 200 g of marinated meat (lamb, chicken, beef, pork - of your choice)
- - 10 g pickled onions
- - a few pickled or pickled cucumbers
- - 1 tsp ketchup (can be replaced with tomato sauce)
- - salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
First, let's start making pita bread, which is the basis of our dish. We mix the necessary ingredients in such a way that an elastic dough is obtained, like on dumplings, and we send it to the refrigerator for 15 minutes. At this time, sprinkle the table with flour. We take out the chilled dough and roll it out in a thin layer.
Step 2
Heat a frying pan on the fire, cut off a layer of dough of the required size and dip it into hot oil. We hold until brown bubbles appear on one side and the other. Then immediately put it in cold water and put it on a wire rack to remove excess oil and water. This procedure will allow the pita bread not to break when further rolling it into a roll.
Step 3
Now is the time for the filling. Finely chop the marinated meat and fry in a pan without oil to preserve the juiciness of the meat. Gently put some meat on the pita bread, put the cucumbers cut into slices, pickled onions, sweet peppers cut into strips on top and pour with ketchup.

We wrap the pita bread with a roll and wrap it tightly with a napkin. We will wrap the cooled roll well in cling film or foil, and you can safely take it with you on the road, without fear that the filling will crumble.
