In the 15th century in Russia, pickle was called kalya. The basis of the soup is pickled cucumbers or pickle pickle. Consider a recipe for a 4 liter pot.

- - 5 potatoes,
- - 4 pickled cucumbers or at least 1 glass of pickle,
- - 1 onion,
- - 1 carrot.

Rinse and boil the meat.

Pour cereals into the broth and cook for 15 minutes.

In pickle potatoes are cut into large cubes. It is brewed for 10 minutes.

Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots. Fry everything in a pan.

Cut the cucumbers into small cubes. Pour into broth with onions and carrots.
