Bake 5-6 Antonov apples. Peel and grains, rub through a sieve. Add 1-2 cold egg whites and half a cup of sugar to the mass. The apples are peeled, removed from the core, boiled until tender, cooled, laid out in bowls, poured with cream and sprinkled with grated chocolate on top.

The cream is prepared as follows. Sugar is added to the milk and brought to a boil. In another bowl, grind flour with an egg, then, stirring, add prepared boiled milk with sugar and vanilla. Cook at a temperature of 80-90 °, without boiling. The prepared cream is cooled.
