Today, compositions that effectively combine fresh flowers and sweets are in fashion: marmalade, marshmallows, marshmallows. The bouquet can be large or miniature, emphasized romantic or avant-garde.

Bouquet of marshmallows and roses: a delicate gift
A great option for the birthday of a mother, sister, friend or colleague is a romantic bouquet in pastel colors, organically combining living half-open roses and sweets. Even a novice master can make it with his own hands. All that is required is quality materials, patience and accuracy.
You need to work in thin disposable gloves. It is much more hygienic, and your fingers will not be sticky with powdered sugar. It will not work to make a bouquet in advance - it is collected immediately before delivery. Before work, the table is covered with cling film.
To create a delicate bouquet, you need to purchase:
- beautifully shaped white or pink marshmallows without glaze;
- White roses;
- wooden skewers;
- Scotch;
- pink and white floral mesh;
- white satin ribbon.
Zephyrins are pricked on skewers and laid out on the table. After that, you can start assembling. It is convenient to do it in a spiral, placing one skewer in the center, and then gradually surrounding it with others. Zephyr and live roses alternate. The ratio is arbitrary, there can be many flowers and several marshmallows in the bouquet, or vice versa, sweets will prevail. The stems and ends of the skewers are fixed with tape. Then the finished bouquet is wrapped first with pink and then white floral net, beautifully folding the edges. The finishing touch is a beautiful satin bow.
A bouquet of marshmallows should be wrapped in cellophane or just put a bag on it. Another option is to place the product in a box for easy transportation. Before delivery, the bouquet is released from packaging - the recipient should see the sweet gift in all its glory.
