Step-by-step recipe for Orchid salad
To prepare it you will need:
- 200 grams of chicken fillet;
- one carrot;
- two eggs;
- two things of cucumbers;
- 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- 100 grams of suluguni;
- salt to taste;
- a bunch of parsley;
- chips - packaging.
First, wash all the ingredients well. Grate the carrots finely and place on a plate in an even layer. Grease the dish generously with mayonnaise on top.

Classic homemade saburani with cheese

Making baking dough

Now add flour and mix all the ingredients well. If you follow the instructions correctly, you will end up with a medium-sized piece of dough. Cover it with a towel and let stand for an hour. During this time, the dough will get stronger, will not crumble, so it will be easier for you to work with it. Cut a piece into 6 pieces. Roll each piece with a rolling pin. Try to achieve the golden mean here: the pieces should not be very thick, but not very thin either.
Prepare a baking dish in advance and make sure that each piece is larger than itself. Take out two pots of water. Put one on fire and bring to a boil. And in the second, pour clean ice-cold filtered water. Now take the smallest piece of dough and immerse it in boiling water for 30 seconds, and then immediately cool it in an ice saucepan.
Then remove the dough, put it on a towel and let the excess moisture drain.
Pie filling
Melt the butter in a water bath. Grate suluguni and hard cheese on a coarse grater, put in a bowl and add curd cheese. Mix everything well and return to the dough. Now it's time to bake it. - 500 grams of suluguni.
This is one of the dishes of the national Georgian cuisine. His recipe captivates with its simplicity. It's easy to understand, incredibly fast, and very successful. Even a schoolboy can handle it. Cut the cheese into medium-sized slices. Then roll each slice heartily in flour. Add ghee to a well-heated skillet and place the cheese slices on top of it. When you see a golden crust, turn it over immediately. And fry until the pieces are deep amber, about 15-20 minutes. As soon as you notice that the cheese slices are browning, turn off the gas and put the fried slices on a plate. Arrange the chopped parsley nicely along the contour. You can also decorate the plate with cucumbers and tomatoes.
If desired, this dish can be prepared with fried vegetables. But there is one nuance here. Vegetables must first be cut very thinly. This is necessary so that they are thoroughly fried.
