Making baking dough

Take a wide bowl and break the eggs into it. Pour warm water into a container and add vegetable oil. Then add a little salt to taste and a pinch of baking soda. Now add flour and mix all the ingredients well. If you follow the instructions correctly, you will end up with a medium-sized piece of dough. Cover it with a towel and let stand for an hour. During this time, the dough will get stronger, will not crumble, so it will be easier for you to work with it. Cut a piece into 6 pieces. Roll each piece with a rolling pin. Try to achieve the golden mean here: the pieces should not be very thick, but not very thin either.

Prepare a baking dish in advance and make sure that each piece is larger than itself. Take out two pots of water. Put one on fire and bring to a boil. And in the second, pour clean ice-cold filtered water. Now take the smallest piece of dough and immerse it in boiling water for 30 seconds, and then immediately cool it in an ice saucepan.

Then remove the dough, put it on a towel and let the excess moisture drain.

Pie filling

Melt the butter in a water bath. Grate suluguni and hard cheese on a coarse grater, put in a bowl and add curd cheese. Mix everything well and return to the dough. Now it's time to bake it. Grease the prepared dish with butter. Now you need to place all your blanks inside. The most convenient way to do this is on the principle of a nesting doll. First, put the largest piece with the dough, brush on top with cheese filling, add a spoonful of ghee.

Place a smaller piece on top. And in this way, alternate to the very top. When the structure is ready, gently fold the edges. From above, your dish will be somewhat reminiscent of a wicker loaf. When all the pieces with the dough are neatly stacked on top of each other, the saburani can be sent to the oven. Set the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for half an hour until golden brown.

After the allotted time, take out the cake, cut it into pieces, call your household and enjoy. The pie should turn out to be airy, but at the same time satisfying. And its taste cannot leave indifferent even the most fastidious gourmet.
