Step 1
Yogurt parfait. It's simple: yogurt is mixed or alternated with layers of berries, fruits, muesli, syrup, nuts. The plus is that each time you can make a new combination, depending on the available fruits or berries, and the body will receive all the nutrients at once: proteins, carbohydrates, dietary fats.
Step 2
Pancakes. There is no time to cook thin pancakes in the morning, but you can make pancakes - thicker than pancakes, but more than pancakes. The dough can be kneaded with eggs, cream, sugar, soda and flour. Bake like regular pancakes. In addition to such pancakes, cottage cheese, berries and nuts, cream cheese are suitable.
Step 3
Oatmeal. You can also add absolutely any fillers and flavorings to oatmeal - pumpkin, raisins and dried fruits, walnuts, vanilla and cinnamon. By the way, the feeling of fullness from oatmeal is usually longer than from semolina.
Step 4
Fried eggs with filling. You can add to the standard scrambled eggs: pre-fried finely chopped potatoes, yesterday's boiled pasta, green beans; cauliflower, onions and herbs, cheese. And serve with fried eggs with other vegetables - freshly chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, radishes.
