Step 1
The advantage of this recipe is that there is no need to prepare the dough. The pizza is based on pita bread. To do this, fold a sheet of thin pita bread in half and cut out a circle (square or rectangle, depending on the baking dish) from it, slightly larger than the bottom of the baking sheet so that the sides can be made.
Step 2
Rub hard cheese on a medium grater. Divide the resulting cheese slide into three approximately equal parts. We spread one of the circles of pita bread on the bottom of the baking sheet, sprinkle it with one part of grated cheese and cover with the next sheet of pita bread.
Step 3
Mix the ketchup and mayonnaise in a separate container. We coat the flour product with the resulting mixture. Then sprinkle with grated cheese again.
Step 4
We wash the tomato and cut it into rings or half rings, depending on the size of the tomato, and put them directly on the cheese topping.
Step 5
Peel the smoked sausage, cut into slices, and then into strips, and sprinkle the tomatoes with it. We wash the green onion feathers, remove excess water from them, finely chop and sprinkle on the filling. Sprinkle everything with salt on top, here it is better to use fine, such as Extra, and the remaining grated cheese.
Step 6
We put the pizza dish in a preheated oven, bake for 5-7 minutes, that is, until a golden cheese crust appears. Divide the hot pizza directly in the form into portions and arrange on plates.
