A refrigerator of cucumbers, mint, radish tops pleasantly refreshes on a sultry day. The dish is very simple to prepare, it is low-calorie, healthy and very tasty. The specified amount of food is enough for 3 servings.
It is necessary
- - classic yogurt - 200 ml;
- - fresh cucumbers - 3 pcs.;
- - radish tops - from 10 pcs. radish;
- - garlic - 2 cloves;
- - olive oil - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - fresh mint - 2-3 branches;
- - still mineral water - 50 ml;
- - salt - a pinch.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the radish tops thoroughly, dry with a paper towel. Cut into large pieces. Peel the cucumbers, cut in half, remove the seeds, cut into large cubes. Put the radish tops and cucumbers in a blender bowl and grind into a smooth puree at maximum speed. If necessary, you can add some mineral water (20-30 milliliters) to the puree.
Step 2
Peel the garlic, pass through a press or finely chop. Rinse the mint with water, remove the coarse stems, finely chop the leaves (you will need about 2 teaspoons of chopped mint). Combine cucumber puree with mint and garlic, stir. Then add olive oil. Stir again.
Step 3
Mix chilled yogurt with mineral water, salt to taste. Pour the mixture of yogurt and mineral water into the vegetable puree, stir. Pour the soup into portioned bowls, garnish with radish and mint leaves. Serve immediately. The dish is ready.
