For a simple and appetizing dinner, it is quite enough what you can find in the fridge at such moments. Sausage and eggs, onions and cheese, crab sticks and peas, cabbage and greens will do the trick for making a quick salad. You can mix anything that seems more or less compatible.

Meat salad

You will need:

- boiled sausage, 100 g;

- boiled potatoes, 2 pcs.

- pickled cucumber, 1 pc.;

- apple, 1 pc.;

- sour cream, salt, pepper, mustard to taste.

Grind egg yolk (in a mug, bowl) with spices. Finely chop the sausage, potatoes, egg white. Chop the onion, and peel and grate the apple. Mix everything, season with sour cream.
