Warm the flask with hot, but not boiling water, then add the tea leaves (choose the amount of tea leaves to taste). Fill the brew with water at a temperature of about 90 degrees. Infuse the tea for at least 3-4 minutes, then press the filter lever to prevent the infusion from entering the cup.
For brewing in a French press, you can use any type of tea, including those with additives, but more often it is advised to use large-leaf tea. By the way, you can add a variety of natural ingredients to your tea yourself.
