Light cucumber soup can be prepared not only on the basis of yogurt, but also on kefir. This dish refreshes and satisfies hunger. It can be used even by those who follow the dietary rules and monitor their weight.
It is necessary
- - 3 cloves of garlic
- - olive oil
- - 6 small cucumbers
- - 5 ice cubes
- - a sprig of dill, parsley or green onions
- - salt

Step 1
Rinse the cucumbers thoroughly. Grind or grate one of them, cut the rest into rings, squares or half rings.
Step 2
Crush the ice. To do this, wrap it in a paper towel or a piece of cloth, beat it with a hammer. Chop the garlic cloves.
Step 3
In a blender, combine the dill (parsley or green onions), garlic, chopped cucumbers and some olive oil. Grind everything thoroughly.
Step 4
Beat the yogurt (kefir) with a mixer, add the mashed potatoes prepared in a blender, and mix everything thoroughly. The soup is ready to eat. Add ice and grated cucumber to each plate before serving.
