To prepare a delicious, rich and hearty soup, you need to properly prepare the broth. To do this, take pork with a bone and cook a rich broth from it. Simmer for an hour over medium heat. Close to the end of cooking, add salt, pepper to taste and bay leaf.

Next, we prepare all the ingredients for a hodgepodge. Wash and peel carrots, onions, potatoes. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Cut the onion into cubes and finely chop the potatoes into cubes or strips. Fry carrots and onions in vegetable oil until golden brown. Later we put cucumbers, which were three on a coarse grater before. Add tomato paste. After adding cucumbers and tomato paste, simmer vegetables for 5 minutes.

Next, take the sausage, ham and cut into cubes or strips. We put the sausages in the ready-made broth. Next, put the potatoes and cook until tender. Add the fried vegetables to the broth and cook for another 15 minutes. Then cover and let the soup steep.
