  • - 200 g butter;
  • - 50 g of nettle leaves;

Instructions

Step 1

Butter with tomatoes

Rinse the tomatoes, cut them into slices, then rub through a sieve. Soften the butter a little (just hold it for half an hour at room temperature), add the tomato mass to it. Season with salt and pepper to taste, stir. Refrigerate to set.

Step 2

Oil with pickled mushrooms

Whisk softened butter with lemon juice, mix with mushrooms minced or chopped in a blender. Peel the onion, chop finely, add to the butter with mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper. You can add 1 tbsp to the butter for spice. a spoonful of prepared mustard.

Step 3

Nettle oil

Mix soft butter with nettle leaves, which must first be passed through a meat grinder. Add pepper and salt to taste. Put the finished nettle oil in an oil can, put in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
