It is necessary

  • For the test:
  • - 100 grams of margarine,
  • - 200 grams of wheat flour,
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar
  • - 1 egg,
  • - 3 tbsp. spoons of kefir,
  • - 0.5 teaspoons of baking soda.
  • For filling:
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of wheat flour
  • - 5 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar
  • - 1 teaspoon of baking soda,
  • - 500 grams of cottage cheese,
  • - 0.2 grams of vanillin,
  • - 3 yolks.
  • For soufflé:
  • - 0.2 grams of vanillin,
  • - 3 squirrels,
  • - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of powdered sugar.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour 200 grams of sifted flour into a cup, grate 100 grams of chilled margarine into it, grind into crumbs.

Step 2

Break an egg into another bowl, add two tablespoons of sugar (preferably cane sugar), a pinch of vanillin and half a teaspoon of baking soda, mix. Pour in three tablespoons of kefir.

Step 3

Combine the liquid mass with a dry mixture (flour and margarine). Knead the dough, shape into a ball and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Step 4

Rub 500 grams of cottage cheese through a sieve.

Step 5

Put the dough in a baking dish, shape the sides. No need to lubricate. If desired, the dough can be rolled out with a rolling pin before placing it in the mold. Pierce the dough with a fork in several places.

Step 6

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the first layer of dough for ten minutes.

Step 7

Separate the yolks from the whites. Place a cup of egg whites in the refrigerator.

Step 8

Combine the yolks with five tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of vanillin. Add a tablespoon of flour and a teaspoon of baking soda, stir until smooth. Mix the egg mass with grated cottage cheese.

Step 9

Remove the tart pan from the oven. Place the curd filling on the base. Place the dish in the oven for another 50 minutes.

Step 10

At the end of baking, prepare a soufflé. To do this, beat the cooled egg whites. Two minutes after you start whipping, add powdered sugar and vanillin to the whites. Beat for another three minutes.

Step 11

Remove the cake from the oven. Place the protein mass on the cake. Bake the cake for another 15 minutes, then turn off the oven and open the door. Do not take out the cake, let it cool in the oven. Carefully remove the cooled cake from the mold, transfer to a plate and serve with tea.
