It is necessary

    • Koloboks "Tomato"
    • cherry tomatoes - 12-15 pcs;
    • Fetaki cheese - 200-250 g;
    • hard cheese like "Gollandskiy" - 100 g;
    • garlic - 2 cloves;
    • crushed hazelnuts - 30-40 g;
    • mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
    • Bouquet of white tulips
    • Eggs - 6-7 pcs.;
    • canned champignons - 5-6 pcs.;
    • green onion feathers - 7-8 pcs.;
    • mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. l.
    • Pita bread
    • lavash - 1 pc.;
    • soft processed cheese - 200 g;
    • greens;
    • garlic - 3 cloves;
    • butter for frying.

Instructions

Step 1

Koloboks "Tomato"

Grind hard cheese on a grater, add to soft cheese. Add mayonnaise there and mix thoroughly. You should get a plastic mass suitable for sculpting. If the mass is not plastic enough, add a little more mayonnaise.

Step 2

Pass the garlic through a garlic press and add to the cheese mass, mix the mass thoroughly with your hands, it should be slightly softer than plasticine.

Step 3

Rinse the tomatoes, pat dry with a towel. Cover each tomato with cheese. Roll the resulting balls in crushed hazelnuts.

Step 4

The beauty of this recipe is that the ingredients can be easily changed. For example, instead of "Fetaki" you can take feta cheese or processed cheese. And instead of hazelnuts, not only other nuts will fit, but also bread crumbs, finely chopped greens, sesame seeds and many other ingredients that only your imagination will tell you.

Step 5

"Bouquet of white tulips"

Boil the eggs, peel them, cut them lengthwise into two equal parts. Remove the yolk from each part. Cut the edge of the squirrel in a zigzag on one side, like the top of a tulip.

Step 6

Finely chop the yolks and champignons, add mayonnaise to them and mix. Put this filling into the cavity of the whites (instead of the yolks).

Step 7

Rinse the onion, pat dry with a towel. Place on a large flat dish in such a way that it resembles a bouquet (feathers are cut next to each other and feather tops are apart).

Step 8

Place tulip buds on top of the onion feathers.

Step 9

Pita bread

Lavash will be a good base for a snack. You can cook anything you want from it. An interesting option for a snack:

Cut thin pita bread into squares. Chop the greens finely.

Step 10

Spread a thin layer of cheese on each square. Sprinkle with herbs.

Step 11

Roll the pita bread squares into an envelope.

Step 12

Melt the butter in a skillet and toss in the finely chopped garlic. Fry the pita envelopes.
