It is no secret that cold snacks are an integral part of the festive table. Many hostesses would like to surprise their guests. Olivier, vinaigrette and salads under a fur coat are of course delicious. But such snacks are present at almost every feast. I liked one culinary recipe "Liver Cake". It will not bring a big waste of time and financial costs, but it is distinguished by its exquisite taste.
It is necessary
- Beef liver - 500 grams.
- Chicken liver - 500 grams.
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Flour - 1 tbsp.
- Garlic - 5 teeth
- Salt to taste.
- Mayonnaise - 250 gr.
- Greens (onion, parsley, dill).
- Walnuts - 200 gr.
- a glass of flour without a slide.

Instructions
Step 1
We wash the liver and pass it through a meat grinder. Salt to taste, pepper if desired. Add eggs and flour to the resulting mass until a thick mass is obtained (like on a pancake).
Step 2
We heat the pan well, as in the preparation of pancakes and pancakes. Lubricate with lard. pour out a small amount of liver mass and thereby check the readiness for baking. If the small pancake does not stick, then boldly pour out the dough with a ladle, in the amount that you get a pancake the size of a frying pan and 5-7 mm wide. Fry on both sides. Put the pancakes with a spatula on a baking sheet to cool.
Step 3
Add garlic, finely chopped walnuts to mayonnaise. We mix. With the resulting mass, grease the crust with a small layer, spread the next pancake on top, also greasing it with mayonnaise sauce. We leave the last cake and turn it into crumbs, chopping up the crayons to decorate the cake. Mix the chopped last cake with finely chopped herbs and sprinkle the resulting cake on all sides. You can decorate the cake, as your imagination tells you.
