Prepare dishes the size of which corresponds to the size of the cake. Put cling film on the bottom of the dish. Moisten the gingerbread cookies in sour cream and put in layers in a bowl, alternating with bananas. Sprinkle gingerbread and bananas with nuts. Seal with hands and refrigerate overnight. The next day, turn the dish over, remove the cling film. The cold cake is ready. You can decorate it with nuts.
