It is necessary

  • - marshmallow - 400 g;
  • - eggs - 2 pcs;
  • - friable biscuits - 400 g;
  • - sugar - 0.5 cups;
  • - milk - 1 glass;
  • - butter - 200 g;
  • - zest of 1 lemon;
  • - cocoa - 2 tablespoons.

Instructions

Step 1

Break the eggs and place in a separate bowl. Then add sugar to them and grind the resulting mixture. Crush loose biscuits until crumbs and combine with a mixture of sugar and eggs. Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 2

Transfer the resulting mixture to a saucepan, add milk to it and put on fire. It must be cooked until it becomes thick, while not forgetting to stir continuously. When the mass has reached the desired consistency, remove it from the stove and let it cool down.

Step 3

Combine butter and grated lemon zest in one cup. Add cooled milk to this mixture and mix everything thoroughly. Thus, we got a cookie cream.

Step 4

Take a muffin pan and place first half of the cookie cream, then the marshmallow, divided into halves. Fill the marshmallow with the second half of the bulk. Put the resulting dish in the refrigerator for about 2-3 hours. Cold marshmallow cake is ready!
