Huaraa malfuf is translated from Arabic as cabbage rolls in Arabic. The stuffed cabbage rolls are very tasty and juicy. This dish takes a long time to prepare, but it's worth it.
It is necessary
- - 300 g minced meat
- - 500 g of rice
- - 1 onion
- - 1 tomato
- - 1 head of cabbage
- - 4 dice Maggi
- - salt, pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Make the filling first. Add minced meat, finely chopped onion, peeled tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything well. Then add the rice and stir again.
Step 2
Now prepare the cabbage leaves. Separate them from the head of cabbage and place them in boiling salted water for 1-2 minutes. Then remove and place in a colander to drain the water.
Step 3
Divide the cabbage leaf into strips without veins and lay out a little filling, twist into a tube.
Step 4
Place potatoes, cut into circles, on the bottom of a saucepan so that the cabbage rolls do not burn.
Step 5
Pack the tubes tightly. Dissolve Maggi cubes. Pour the solution into the mixture in a saucepan and cover the cabbage rolls with a plate so that they cook evenly.
Step 6
Cook the rice until cooked over low heat for 35-40 minutes. Remove the plate from the pot. Let the cabbage rolls simmer and remove from the heat.
