We offer you a recipe for a very light and at the same time delicious mushroom cream soup. If you want this dish to be lean, do not add cream. This soup with a drop of nutmeg will delight the whole family.
It is necessary
- To make this easy soup you will need:
- • 400 gr champignons,
- • medium head of onion,
- • salt - to taste,
- • 2 pinches of nutmeg (I also added some special spices to the mushrooms),
- • 3 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil
- • 0.3 liters of water,
- • 200-250 ml of cream, 10% fat.
Instructions
Step 1
We wash the champignons, peel and cut into small pieces. Cut the onion into cubes and fry in olive oil for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add the mushrooms to fry to the onion, fry the mushrooms over medium heat for 15 minutes until tender.
Step 3
We put a few beautiful pieces of champignons aside - they will serve as a decoration for the soup.
Step 4
Put the mushrooms and onions in a saucepan, fill with water, salt, add nutmeg and, bringing the mixture to a boil, cook for 10 minutes. Add cream to the boiled mushroom broth, bring to a boil. Grind the slightly cooled soup with a blender in mashed potatoes.
Step 5
When serving, decorate the soup with mushroom pieces.
