The easiest and fastest way to make everyone's favorite cream soup.

- champignons 500 g
- 3-4 potatoes
- cream 500 ml
- crackers
- salt
- pepper

Step 1
Put the diced potatoes to boil. My champignons, pour over boiling water. If they are not too fresh (darkened), you will have to clean them slightly - remove the film from the caps with a knife. Next, cut them in half, (if large - into four parts), and fry in a pan in vegetable oil under a lid over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes. Then we open the lid and add fire. The mushrooms were supposed to give a lot of juice, now we fry them until the liquid evaporates.
Step 2
When the potatoes are boiled, drain the potato broth, saving a glass of broth in case the soup turns out to be too thick. Knead the potatoes until mashed. When the mushrooms are ready, grind them with a blender and add to the potatoes. Pour in the cream, after which we grind everything together with a blender. If it turns out too thick, dilute with potato broth.
Step 3
The soup is ready. Add greens, croutons and serve!
