Raspberry and banana puree. If your child loves fruits and sweets, prepare this particular dish for him. Peel the banana and rinse thoroughly with 1/2 cup raspberries. Mix these ingredients in a mixer until smooth.
Step 3
Mango banana puree is rich in vitamins A, B6, C. Wash mango and banana thoroughly, peel and place in a mixer. You can add a little caster sugar before serving.

Broccoli is one of the most nutritious and healthy foods for children. Boil broccoli and potatoes. In a mixer, combine the two ingredients. If desired, you can add some grated cheese. Your mashed potatoes are ready!

Boiled potato puree is ideal for starting complementary foods. Potatoes can be mashed with a fork or pusher. Add some greenery if possible.
