At first, he made the sauce only for his family and friends and filled it in small cologne bottles. Under the Tabasco brand, 7 sauces are produced, the difference in which is in taste, composition and degree of pungency. Only the classic Tabasco Original sauce is aged in barrels for three years. The mildest sauce is Tabasco Sweet'n'Spicy. There is a separate Tabasco Buffalo sauce for chicken wings and Tabasco Green jalapeno pepper sauce. Also available is Tabasco Garlic, smoked Tabasco Chipotle. The hottest is Tabasco Habanero sauce.
