There are many ways to make aromatic and delicious coffee. One of them is the preparation of Viennese coffee, a simple recipe for which even a novice coffee lover can master.
It is necessary
- - grain coffee;
- - Turk;
- - cream at the rate of 50 g per serving;
- - sugar at the rate of 25 g per serving;
- - some chocolate.
Instructions
Step 1
Grind coffee beans so that you need two teaspoons of ground coffee per serving. Some will like the tart taste with bitterness, some will like the mild one, and although the very idea of Viennese coffee is to soften the bitter aftertaste of strong coffee, you can choose the variety according to your taste.
Step 2
Whip the cream and icing sugar. In order for them to be whipped into a thick dense foam, you need to take cream with a fat content of at least thirty percent. Cream with a lower fat content will not foam into a foam. Since a small amount of cream is quite difficult to whip with a mixer, it is better to take immediately for the intended number of servings. Chill the cream before you start whipping it. The dishes should also be chilled.
Step 3
Brew coffee in the usual way: pour coffee into a Turk, pour 150 g of cold water and cook over low heat until tender. It is necessary to prevent the liquid from boiling during the formation of the foam; for this, the fire must be very slow. If the liquid is close to boiling, it is allowed to remove the Turk from the heat a couple of times, and, after waiting for the foam to settle, put the coffee to brew again.
Step 4
Grate the chocolate on a medium grater. Someone will like bitter chocolate, sweet lovers should better take milk.
Step 5
Collect the Viennese coffee. Pour into a cup, glass or glass of coffee, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate. Most often, tall, beautiful glasses are used for Viennese coffee. In them, such coffee looks beautiful, in addition, a tall glass will allow you to add more cream, even more softening the taste of the coffee itself.
