Instructions
Step 1
Rinse away any dust from the tea leaf. To do this, pour hot water over the tea 2 times for a few seconds.
Step 2
Rinse the kettle with boiling water. Hot water not only rinses it out, but also heats it up.
Step 3
Pour hot water over the tea.
Step 4
Let it brew for 1-2 minutes and pour the whole infusion into small bowls.
Step 5
Increase the time for all subsequent brews by 15-30 seconds.
Step 6
Pu-erh can withstand 5 to 10 infusions depending on the quality of the tea.
