Home-made tea treats (cakes, rolls, pastries, rolls or cream baskets) always turn out to be much tastier than purchased desserts. They are more delicate, rich, have a pleasant aroma, albeit not so beautiful in appearance. This statement also applies to sweet, very tasty cakes "Lakomka", consisting of two halves of dough, coated with cream, cobbled together and rolled in crispy crumbs. It is not difficult to make such a dessert for tea, you can buy food in a regular store near your home or find it in the kitchen from a thrifty hostess.

It is necessary

  • - 1 can of condensed milk;
  • - 1 pack (180 g) butter (you should not replace with margarine);
  • - 4-5 tablespoons of granulated sugar;
  • - 3 raw eggs;
  • - 1 teaspoon of baking soda, slaked with 9% vinegar;
  • - 2, 5 glasses of flour;
  • - 1 glass of sugar (for cream);
  • - 500 ml sour cream (for cream).

Instructions

Step 1

Break the eggs into a bowl, being careful not to crush the shells. Pour 5 tablespoons of sugar here, a little less (3 or 4). The main sweetness will be given by condensed milk added to the dough when kneading.

Step 2

Beat the contents of a deep bowl with a mixer to form a fluffy, slightly dense mass. Then pour condensed milk from a can and butter melted in the microwave to the egg-sugar mixture (it should not be too warm).

Step 3

Mix the mass in the dish, but not with a mixer, but with an ordinary spoon or fork. Then add the sifted flour in small portions, not forgetting to add the soda slaked with vinegar. As a result, when all the flour is mixed in, you should get a not too dense dough, with a consistency reminiscent of thickened sour cream.

Step 4

Cover a small baking sheet with parchment, pour out the dough, gently leveling it over the entire surface. Bake a thin crust in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees. Remove the baking sheet from the oven, check the readiness of the cake with a wooden skewer.

Step 5

While the cake is still hot, squeeze out mugs of the same size in a stack or a narrow glass, cool them. Grate the remaining pieces or turn into crumbs by kneading with your fingers.

Step 6

Prepare sour cream: beat sour cream with sugar, let stand for 5 minutes to thicken. All grains of granulated sugar must completely dissolve.

Step 7

Dip two mugs in sour cream so that they are completely coated with it, glue them together, then roll in sweet crumbs. Do the same with all the mugs, forming delicious cakes and placing them neatly on a plate.
