Crispy bruschetta with mozzarella circles and tomatoes

To prepare this traditional Italian morning snack, you will need the following ingredients - a fresh baguette or ciabatta bun cut across into 1-1.5 centimeter thick slices, a couple of tablespoons of olive oil (you can also take sunflower oil), a clove of garlic, 5-6 cherry tomatoes, 100-150 grams of mozzarella and a few green basil leaves.

The recipe below is classic, but not strictly necessary, since in Italy itself there are many variations of bruschetta fillings - with ham, olives, fish and many other products.

The dish is prepared as follows: slices of bread are fried or dried in the oven until golden brown on the surface, after which they are rubbed well with garlic. Tomatoes are cut separately into cubes or rings, like mozzarella. The last ingredient is then laid out on the bread, and on top of the soft cheese are vegetables, which are poured with oil and garnished with basil.

Panini with egg

The recipe with an egg for panini is also traditional, but they can be replaced with fresh vegetables, mushrooms, cheese, meat and other products with the addition of a variety of sauces. The ingredients you need are toast bread, butter, grated cheese, fried eggs, fried bacon, salt, pepper, and lettuce.

The toast should be cut into two pieces, each of which is then buttered on the inside. After that, one of the toasts is sprinkled with grated cheese, on which the bacon and egg are placed, as well as salt and pepper. Then all the ingredients must be covered with the second part and sent to the oven or a special sandwich maker until the cheese melts and the required roastiness.

Zucchini with greens in frittat

Frittata is the Italian name for an omelet familiar to Russians, to which the filling is added. To prepare the traditional version of this dish, you will need - half a small zucchini, one onion, a clove of garlic, a small bunch of fresh herbs, 6 eggs, grated parmesan (can be replaced with another hard cheese), a couple of tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper.

The first "victim" is a zucchini, which must be cut into thin slices and salted for about 10 minutes, then drain the resulting liquid. Greens, onions and garlic are chopped into large cubes, after which all the ingredients are fried until golden brown.

Then another form is coated with oil, pre-mixed eggs are poured into it, which are salted and pepper. All the fried ingredients are put into the container, after which it must be sent to the oven with a temperature of 200 degrees. This dish is being prepared - 12-15 minutes.
