It is necessary

  • For the salad:
  • - Boiled sausage - 200 g;
  • - Cheese - 100 g;
  • - Eggs - 5 pcs. for salad, 2 or 3 pcs. for decoration;
  • - Walnuts - 1/2 tbsp (peeled);
  • - Carrots (boiled) - 3 pcs. for salad, 2 pcs. for decoration;
  • - Mayonnaise - 100 g;
  • - Gelatin - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • - Greens, salt - to taste.
  • For jelly:
  • - Water - 400 ml;
  • - Gelatin - 3 tablespoons;
  • - Salt to taste.
  • Dishes:
  • - A small pot for water;
  • - 2 deep bowls of different diameters (glass or enameled).

Instructions

Step 1

First you need to make a "dome" of jelly, which will cover the salad: for this 3 tbsp. l. Soak gelatin in 400 ml of water, wait until it swells, then heat to 60 ° C, salt.

Step 2

Pour the solution with gelatin into a large bowl, put a small one in it so that the solution rises to the edges - the plate will give the dome the desired shape (the distance between the walls of the bowls should be 1-1.5 cm). Let the jelly freeze in the refrigerator.

Step 3

Pour hot water into the top bowl to release it from the dome. Carefully scrolling, remove it from the solidified solution. Now put flowers, circles, figures of vegetables and greens on the frozen layer of jelly. This will be the top layer of the salad, which creates the whole aesthetics of the dish.

Step 4

Now prepare the filling for the salad itself: mix 1 tbsp. gelatin and 1/2 cup water, wait until swelling and heat without boiling. Add this solution to mayonnaise.

Step 5

Then lay out all the layers of salad, alternately pouring them with a small amount of mayonnaise-gelatin solution:

- 1 layer - egg yolks;

- 2nd layer - finely chopped boiled sausage;

- 3rd layer - chopped walnuts;

- 4th layer - finely chopped feta cheese;

- 5 layer - finely chopped boiled carrots.

After that, place the salad in a cool place so that it completely solidifies.

Step 6

Take out the salad bowl, put it in a pot of hot water (the water should reach the level of the dome), slowly scroll the salad in the bowl so that it falls behind it. When the salad begins to roll, remove the bowl from the pan and cover with the large plate on top of which you plan to serve the salad. Turn the bowl over sharply so that the salad comes out smoothly and settles on the plate. Raise the bowl slightly to make sure the lettuce comes off evenly. Drain the melted jelly from the plate, put the salad in the refrigerator. Serve after 30 minutes.
