There are many recipes for different types of baked goods. For pies alone, you can find hundreds of different cooking methods on the internet. But among them there is a dough recipe for all types of pies: it is suitable for cheesecakes, and for pies, and for pizza. In addition, pies made from such dough can be fried.
It is necessary
- - wheat flour - 6 glasses (+1 for kneading and rolling the dough);
- - sugar - 3 tablespoons;
- - salt - 0.5 tbsp;
- - sunflower oil - 0.5 cups;
- - raw yeast - 20 g (or dry - 1 sachet);
- - boiled water - 0.5 liters.
Instructions
Step 1
Use a deep container (kitchen bowl, large saucepan, etc.). Pour the main part of the flour there (6 cups). It is advisable to sift the flour, so it will be filled with oxygen, which will make the baked goods more airy and tender. If you get a slide, then in its center form a small hole with your hand.

Pour sugar, salt into the flour hole and pour in sunflower oil.
Step 3
Pour warm water into a container and dilute the yeast in it. After they are completely dissolved, pour the liquid into the flour hole.

Prepare yourself a section of the table for kneading. After mixing the dough in a container, it will be necessary to transfer the mass to the table. Dust the surface liberally with flour, spread it by hand and leave a separate pile of flour untouched next to it.
Step 5
Now it's time to knead the dough. Start from the edges to collect the flour and move it to the center, to the very hole where all the other ingredients are. You should work with both hands, preferably doing it rhythmically and synchronously. Then just mix the mixture thoroughly with your hands until it becomes stringy and more or less homogeneous.
Step 6
Transfer the dough to the table and continue to "massage" it with your hands, pressing on it with the soft parts of your palm at the wrist. Add flour from a slide, sprinkle the dough until it stops sticking to your hands. Change the shape of the dough by pushing it in different directions. You can clearly see the dough kneading process in the video. It usually takes about ten minutes to knead, but the first time it can take longer. The main thing is to learn how to work with your hands. The result of this process should be a dense lump, similar to plasticine.
Step 7
Now the dough needs to be lightly sprinkled with flour again so that a hard crust does not form during the period of its raising. You also need to put some flour on the bottom of the container in which the dough will lie. This should be a spacious container. Keep in mind that after 1-2 hours the lump will double in size.
Step 8
Place the dough in a bowl, cover with a light towel or newspaper and wait for it to rise. And then you can bake pies or fry them in a pan.
