Manty is a traditional Asian dish loved by the Russian people. The nutritious and tasty combination of minced meat and dough, as well as the special taste of the steamed dish, left no one indifferent.

Instructions
Step 1
Method number 1.
Pour 500g flour into a bowl or deep bowl, passing it through a sieve. Add one egg to it, a teaspoon of salt. Start mixing the dough by adding some clean water to make it easier to knead.
Step 2
When the main ingredients are combined, remove the dough from the bowl. Put it on the table, previously sprinkled with flour, and start kneading the dough with your hands, rolling it out and squeezing it with force.
Step 3
Roll the dough into a large ball and let sit for about 10 minutes.
Step 4
Knead the dough again, knead it for a few minutes.
Step 5
Roll out the dough into a large, thin flat cake 1 to 2 mm thick. Cut the dough into 10 by 10 cm square rags, put on each tablespoon of chopped meat and a piece of fat tail fat, blind the manti. While you are preparing the next portions of the dish, cover the already stuck together manti with a kitchen napkin so that the dough dries up and does not crack.

Method number 2.
As a rule, the ingredients for the manti dough are always the same. The only difference is in the methods of preparing the base for this dish.
Step 7
Pass 500g flour through a sieve and pour it on the table in a slide.
Step 8
At the top of the flour slide, make a small depression and pour 1 chicken egg into it.
Step 9
Do not salt the flour, it is better to add salted water to it. Pour a tablespoon of water with salt diluted in it into the "crater" to a raw egg. Make sure that they do not overflow from the recess made.
Step 10
Knead the dough from the edges to the center, working up to the water and egg. Collect flour in handfuls and sprinkle it over the middle of the flour structure. When the egg and water are mixed with the flour, start kneading the dough more intensively, rolling it out on the table and picking it again. Knead the dough until it rolls out evenly, without cracks or creases.
Step 11
When the dough is brought to the specified state, roll it into a ball and wrap it with a clean, damp cloth. Leave it in this moisture for 30 minutes. After a while, it will become soft and elastic.
Roll out the dough into a flat cake, then roll the strands out of it. Cut each rope into 3 cm thick pieces.
Step 12
Form the dough into small balls, then roll them into tortillas. Put the filling on the tortillas and sculpt the manti.
