Instructions
Step 1
Boil the milk in a ladle, let it cool slightly. Drain into a deep bowl.
Step 2
Dissolve 30 g in warm milk. fresh yeast. Add 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. l. sugar and ½ tsp. salt.
Step 3
Sift the flour through a sieve so that it is saturated with oxygen. Pouring a little flour, knead a soft dough, while adding 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.
Step 4
Cover the dough with a clean towel and place in a warm place for 2-2.5 hours.
Step 5
When the dough has come, knead it a little and let it stand for another 40-50 minutes. Then knead the dough again.
Step 6
Sift a little flour on the table, lay out and knead the dough. Cover with a towel and let the gluten drift a little more. Our dough is ready, you can sculpt delicious pies with different fillings. BON APPETIT!!!
