It is necessary
- - chicken - 150 - 200 g;
- - boiled sausage - 100 g;
- - bread slices - 6-8 pcs;
- - pickled mushrooms - 50 g;

- - eggs - 3 pcs;
- - salt, spices - to taste;
- - salted cracker - 100 g;
- - sunflower oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the chicken in salted water until tender. Remove from broth, cool slightly and separate bones and skin. Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes.

Step 2
Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan, add the fillets and fry for 1-2 minutes over medium heat. We clean the onion and chop it as small as possible, add it to the pan to the chicken. Cut the boiled sausage into cubes and add to the chicken fillet, fry for 1-2 minutes. Finely chop the greens, pour into the pan, mix, add salt and spices to taste.

Step 3
Remove the pickled mushrooms from the brine, rinse under running water, chop if necessary.

Eggs, with a little salt and 1 tbsp. l. water, beat with a fork (whisk) in a deep bowl until smooth.

Grind the cracker into small crumbs on a dry board or in a separate bowl.

Take a slice of bread (you can use toast bread), put a slice of cheese on it, 1 tbsp. l. fillings and cover with a second slice of bread, lightly press with your fingers. Dip the sandwich on all sides in a beaten egg, leaving in a bowl for a few seconds so that the bread is soaked in the egg. Next, roll it in cracker crumbs.
