Baked potatoes are an excellent side dish for fish or meat dishes, as well as used on their own. Cooking delicious potatoes with a crust is not particularly difficult.
It is necessary
-
- potatoes 10-15 pieces;
- parsley greens 1 bunch;
- garlic 5-6 cloves;
- olive oil;
- sea salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare your potatoes. Wash it thoroughly under running water using a brush. If the potatoes are young, then it is better to leave the peel. If you are using old tubers, peel them. For a baked dish, you should choose medium-sized potatoes - this way it will cook much faster. In the event that you are using large tubers, cut them into pieces.
Step 2
Wash the parsley. Dill is also suitable for this dish. Shake off excess moisture and finely chop the herbs.
Step 3
Peel the garlic. Chop each clove separately with a knife. Collect all the garlic in one pile on the board and walk over it again with the chopping blade.
Step 4
Take a deep bowl. Combine herbs, garlic, five to six tablespoons of olive oil and a teaspoon of coarse sea salt in it.
Step 5
Place the potatoes in a bowl and dip the tubers in the mixture. Take a baking bag, place the potatoes in it, and pour the remaining butter sauce out of the bowl. Tie the bag so that there is a lot of air in it. Stir the contents of the bag, then poke holes in it with a needle - this will keep the bag from tearing during heating.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to two hundred degrees. Place the bag on a baking sheet with the holes inside. The potatoes will be ready in thirty to fifty minutes (depending on the size of the tubers). Readiness can be checked with a knife: if it comes in easily, then the dish can be served.
Step 7
Brown the crust over the potatoes. After your meal is ready, open the bag. The tubers must be fully visible. Leave them in this position in the oven for another ten minutes.
