A chicken in a cheese crust turns out to be tender, juicy, very tasty. It is better to take chicken fillet for this recipe, since it is easier to cut it into portioned pieces.   • For three servings:
  • - 1 kg of chicken;
  • - 10 potatoes;
  • - 10 fresh mushrooms;
  • - 5 cloves of garlic;
  • - 5 tbsp. tablespoons of olive mayonnaise;
  • - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of grated cheese;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of honey;
  • - ground black pepper, salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare a flavored sauce first. Everything is simple here: mix olive mayonnaise with grated garlic, cheese, honey, lemon juice. Salt and pepper the sauce.

Step 2

Peel the potatoes, divide the chicken into portions, rub both the chicken and the potatoes with cheese sauce.

Step 3

Rinse the champignons, cut.

Step 4

Place the chicken on a wire rack, put it on a baking sheet (it is better to take a glass baking sheet). Place potatoes and mushrooms in the same place around the chicken pieces.

Step 5

Sprinkle all this generously with grated cheese. Put in the oven. Cook for 45 minutes at a moderate 180 degrees.
