- 1 cucumber;

- 1 small bell pepper;

- 1 thick celery stalk;

- 20 g of fresh dill;

- 1, 5 tbsp. sour cream and mayonnaise;

- 1/3 tsp dried basil;

- salt.

Cut the peel from the cucumber, remove the seeds from the bell pepper. Cut these vegetables, as well as celery, ham, boiled egg, and cheese, into cubes or strips of approximately the same size. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl with corn and chopped dill. Whisk sour cream with mayonnaise, add dried basil and season the salad with the resulting sauce. Ingredients:

- 200 g of canned corn;

- 100 g of pickled honey mushrooms;

- 10 tartlets;

- half a boiled carrot;

- 2 cloves of garlic;

- 80 g of hard cheese;

- 3 tbsp. mayonnaise;

- salt;

- parsley leaves for decoration.

Grate the cheese. Peel the garlic cloves and pass through a special press. Chop the pickled mushrooms and boiled carrots. Put everything together with corn kernels in one bowl, stir with mayonnaise and salt. Fill the tartlets with this mass and garnish with parsley leaves.

Lavash rolls with crab salad

Ingredients:

- 1 sheet of Armenian lavash;

- 1 small jar of corn (225 g);

- 200 g of imitated crab meat or sticks;

- 2 boiled chicken eggs;

- 100 g of processed cheese;

- 40 g of Chinese salad;

- 15 g of green onions and dill;

- 100 g of natural yogurt;

- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise;

- salt.

Finely chop the crab sticks, eggs, green onions and dill. Chop the lettuce leaves thinly. Mix everything, add corn, yogurt, mayonnaise, some salt and mix thoroughly. Spread cream cheese on a sheet of pita bread and spread the crab salad evenly over it. Form a tight roll, wrap it in plastic and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour. Then cut it with a sharp knife into 4 cm thick transverse pieces.
